I LOVE the rings that I have purchased from Larson Jewlers! My husband and I have matching 20mm tungsten rings for our wedding rings. I also purchased the same ring, only a less wide and it fits and feels as wonderful as the 20mm. All my interactions with Larson Jewelers has been professional, quick response. I definitely will be back for more jewelry!

Beyond happy with these guys. I got married 16 years ago and my ring recently broke. I couldn't find my receipt. Instead of telling me to pound sand, they did the legwork and somehow found my receipt. They honored the warranty. The service was so quick and simple. Nolan(Nolen) was so helpful and just seemed like such a good dude. Can't say enough about these guys. I got to keep my old ring for posterity's sake and I think I actually like the new one better. Thanks to Nolan(Nolen) and Larson Jewelers for their outstanding service and integrity.

Purchased a wedding band from Larson Jewelers (Order #LJ97631), and within less than two years it developed multiple cracks and structural failure under normal daily wear. What’s most concerning is not just the product quality, but how the “lifetime warranty” is handled. Their website states that all jewelry is backed by a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship and that covered items will be repaired at no charge. However, when I filed a claim, they refused to classify this as a defect and instead cited a 90-day limitation that is not clearly disclosed in their warranty. I was then told I would have to pay additional fees for a replacement under a separate policy. In other words, the “lifetime warranty” does not function as most consumers would reasonably expect. A ring failing structurally in under two years should not be considered normal wear. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but the company maintained their position and would not replace the ring without charging additional fees. The ring is very beautiful Perfectly crafted. We felt like it’s great quality and we would love it but the only issue my fiancé has with the ring is that instead of the inside being all black it’s like a white color coming through. Other than My Fiancé’s personal preferences I would definitely recommend Larson’s to all my family and friends.
