Be careful with your belongings here. I missed my bangle in the changing room. I went back to get it and the front desk mentioned there was nothing in lost and found . I requested them to call and check with the person who was in the earlier shift when I shopped , the manager declined to do so saying she is traveling and cannot be contacted.

Terrible customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED 👎 My wife was in today to return an item she bought online. The employees refused to return it. My wife showed them the receipt that states it is returnable to the store. My wife asked them to call customer service. While customer put the store on hold a young man came over and hung up on the customer service. Overall a terrible experience for my wife and she will Never Buy Anything From the Loft again. They eventually did return the item but made my wife wait a very long time while treating her badly. No manager was present. Occurred about 10:30am on 6/15/2035.

Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service! On two occasions I've walked into the store with my friends close to closing time. My friends just wanted to take a quick look. We didn't pull anything from the shelves, but in both instances we were informed that the store would be closing in 15 minutes. That was fine but every few steps we took another employee approached us and reminded us the store was closing. We politely acknowledged them and said we understood and continued to browse quickly through the store. On one of these occasions with 10 minutes to spare, we were told for the 3rd time in 5 minutes about the store closing. We decided to just leave as it was not welcoming and we were just being badgered the entire time. On the other occasion, all the lights were actually turned off on us with there still being 5 minutes to spare. Like the entire store was pitch black and we thought there was a power outage. There were even still people in line for the register. Never had this experience at any other store I've been to. Thought it was just a fluke on the first occasion. But when it happened again, it seems like it's the norm here. Staff never even asked if we

I wanted to return a couple of items and the person that helped me, Caroline, was extremely patient and kind. She helped us figure out the situation and was very supportive. She is a great manager and I will surely go back again.

I cannot compliment this store enough! I was greeted at the entrance with a warm smile and someone asking if I needed help- I had to return items and was helped right away! Very sweet and efficient people currently working the store. They had a sale and I was tempted to try clothes- couldn't decide and just like Cinderella's fairy godmother emerged their store manager, Caroline who is also a stylist. She was kind and guided me in terms of what to pair with what- I was blown away by the interest she took in my experience- all with grace and style! There was a black and white skirt I liked and she spent time with love on presenting different options for tops and pointing out the merits of each one! There is a lot to learn from Caroline - she is a great example of how to lead, help and guide - in retail. I will be back- AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! Thank you so much!
