Josh is a very respectable and honest man. Today i came in for my charging port inoperable and he fixed it of course but thats beside the point. During my visit a very rude lady walked in with her son and demanded a discount because she wasn’t present when her son came in for the repair ( a minor she stated ) josh of course explained the situation and wanted to speak to a guardian of course. She came in before hand as well and josh explained the situation of the phone and costs. Well when she walked in during my visit she demanded a discount for, what seemed to be, because she wasnt there when the son initially came in. Was unbelievable rude and she also cut me in line. During the interaction he remained calmed, explained the situation, never once raised his voice, and even offered for them to review footage of the first conversation. I applaud Josh for his manners and discipline. Sorry i didnt say anything josh but i see the hard work you do. This man fixed my phone but before that he tried to repair it as to the best of his ability and gave me a price straight up for if it was to be repaired or replaced. I have been coming to Long Beach iRepair for the better part of 16 years. Josh has always been great to me. From repairs to purchasing phones he has never let me down. I met him using my Motorola that I took elsewhere and had it screwed up in a repair. He fixed it for me and then over the years a couple more times. Later I bought an iPhone from him that I have put through the ringer and he has saved it every time. Now I had a computer problem and after checking with a few places because I did not know he did computers he was still the cheapest around. Just got it back and works like a champ…thanks Long Beach iRepair for helping me out for the last 16 years!

I am not a technology person so when things go wrong with my cell phone or laptop it's a high anxiety event.....But not as worrisome now that I've found Long Beach iRepair. Last week, on back to back days no less, both laptop and cellphone went sideways! Both times I knew immediately where to go. I trust Long Beach iRepair to be honest & fair, first of all, AND the fact that they're so nice and respectful is a Bonus.

Called them to ask if they could replace my iphone 16 pro max charging port since it suffered water damage. They checked if they had the part in store and told me it was possible. Gave me a quote when I asked and told me to walk in, but their hours were short today due to the holidays. I appreciated the transparency, and they were able to successfully fix my iPhone charging port, no issues. Was at the store for about 45 mins to an hour. Great service. Will be telling all my friends and family to consider this repair shop for sure before they give up on their phones/laptops/etc.
