I am glad I was lead to Los Angeles funeral services to handle my mother’s home going arrangements. This was the first time I ever had to plan a funeral from start to finish and just the guidance and the welcoming of the stuff really meant a lot in that tough time in my life. I just want to say thank you to the entire company and especially to my counselor and every one who assisted her in helping my family period. I always love to support black businesses and there was no regret after choosing them. I appreciate all the phone calls, emails and going above and beyond and just overall understanding and patience with me. I would definitely recommend this company and not just for the great pricing but for their customer service and dedication. Thank you again.

Everyone was very polite respectful toward our family made sure that they accominated us. Gerardo Gamez we t above and beyond toward our needs and Monica Lucero help us with all the proceeds which was great

Los Angeles Funeral Service provided outstanding care and support for our family during a very difficult time. The staff showed true professionalism, empathy, and respect throughout the entire process. They arranged a beautiful Military Honor for my Army Veteran dad, which meant so much to us. J.D. was especially courteous and patient, guiding us step by step since we weren’t familiar with all the details. My family and I reached out to LA Funeral Service to plan for a final sendoff for my brother who was killed. Working with LAFS was an excellent experience in an otherwise devastating situation. We worked specifically with J.D. and Teresa who were compassionate, professional, and readily accessible for questions throughout the entire process. What stood out to me was that they showed us patience and gave us grace as we compared other funeral homes to theirs. They also helped connect us to other venues for the repast which we held after the funeral. In addition, they were incredibly transparent about what their pricing was and they were flexible about where/when we could hold the funeral. Ultimately, the warmth they showed us helped us to navigate the unenviable situation that my family had to deal with following my brother's death. I am grateful for having worked with them and I would highly recommend anyone else to reach out to them if they ever find themselves in need of their expertise.
