My family and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone at Los Angeles General Medical Center for the incredible care you gave my brother during the past month and a half. I'll never come here again since everyone want to guniea pig you because a majority of staff is "training" or whatever. The nurse put a catheter inside me wrong and had to do 3 attempts to do it right and it's really HURT me, I even urninated all over the bed because obviously it wasn't in right. My pressure was high and got lowered which was good and me and my baby were fine. They also misdiagnosed me because I had a follow up appointment with my OB and my test results were negative. And when I asked if I had what they were testing me for here at general they didn't have a yes or no answer and the doctor never came to talk to me. At that point I was really there for nothing and I kept asking to leave in the morning it's like they didn't want to let me leave too just kept me there for 12 hrs to get money Get it together

There is no one of the most rubbish hospitals in the world. Patients with severe kidney stones have to wait an hour and a half to come to the emergency room and say that they will continue to wait.

All the doctors here donβt listen and it feels they want to rush you out. Iβve seen 5 different ones and theyβre all saying different things about my injury. One of the doctors literally said βwhat do you want me to do.β And Iβll get a referral for more procedures or different doctors and it always take over 3 weeks to get an appointment a lot of them taking over a month. The only saving grace is the nurses are very kind and try their best to accommodate (not all of them of course but the few Iβve had)

I had a great experience at this hospital. NP Rice was sweet, kind, and very efficient. The nurses were very efficient as well although I can tell they had a lot on their plate, they did their job with a smile and patience. They made sure I was safe and well taken care of. I would definitely be coming back if I ever need to.
