I'm currently taking ESL classes at Los Angeles Valley College, and I truly enjoy studying here. The professors are outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping their students succeed. They create a welcoming and supportive learning environment that makes every class enjoyable. I'd also like to recognize the office staff. They are always kind, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their support has made my experience even better. The campus has a friendly atmosphere, and I always feel comfortable here. I'm very happy with my experience and definitely plan to continue my education at Los Angeles Valley College. Thank you to everyone who makes this such a wonderful place to learn!

TERRIBLE SCHOOL - WORST ONE I'VE BEEN TO I have my AA and BA from other schools, and I went back to community college to finish pre-reqs for a BS degree which led me here. I have spoken to students who share my absolute resentment of the school, so it felt somewhat obligatory to let you know, if you are a prospective student. The "student support" email is useless. I needed help with verification of enrollment and they told me to email admissions and records, but I had to respond to ask for their email. THE EMAIL THEY GAVE ME WAS INACTIVE. I found their email online and reached out, and then got an automated email saying I need to join the online chat for assistance, but the chat hours state it's only live for TWO HOURS. I spoke to academic advisement and told them I needed a prerequisite clearance since I was taking a needed class at another school. They told me to speak with the head of that department, who then told me I had to speak with the head of another department... AND THEY ALL SAID THEY WERE UNWILLING TO HELP, despite showing proof that I was enrolled in that class at other school whiling earning a passing grade (even though I explained that my BS applications are onl

A wealth of different sports activities and classes from young to old ! Absolutely pristine and well maintained facility ! Kudos to the activities managers who could guide you through their many different sports classes and events! If you’re looking for a a safe and clean environment for you or your kids to learn different sports then look no further than here!

I’ve had a good experience here so far, especially as someone trying to stay focused and get through school the right way. The campus is pretty easy to get around, and there are a lot of resources if you actually use them, like counseling, tutoring, the library, and different student services. Some parts of the campus feel older, and parking can be annoying depending on the time of day, but overall it’s been a solid place to take classes. The professors I’ve had have been helpful, and it feels like a good community college option in the Valley. You can also see some local wild life haha.

Very nice and clean, the soccer fields are in good shape. The restrooms are very clean after a 2 hour drive to my sons soccer game.
