Louie’s has been cutting my husband’s hair almost 2 years and see how hard he has been working to get these 5 Star reviews and all the great cuts and community support he gives is unbelievable . God is with him. Google removed 200 reviews last night. He had 2,708 5 star and this morning he has 2,515 all those reviews because he is number 1 in the nation and most barbershops are sponsored and he just works hard and does it from his heart and shows passion for his craft . 3 generation barber. Making his Grandpa Louie and Grandma Proud. We appreciate you Louie will continue out Love and Support. Best Barber in San Diego

This is the 2nd time Louie has cut our son’s hair. He gave my son the exact haircut that he was looking for. My son is very particular and went home happy again. Louie is passionate and caring and you can tell he loves what he does. Thank you Louie!BEST BARBER AND BARBERSHOP IN SAN DIEGO.

Louie truly lives up to his reputation as the top rated barber in the nation! His attention to detail and customer service are outstanding. I called last minute and Louie told me to slide through even though he was tired. I didn’t know what to expect with this shop, but first things first: The immediate energy, before the clippers even touched the hair, I knew I was coming back here. A barber that is full of optimism and care for those he meets is rare to find. Not only that, I’m active duty military and this is the best military cut of all time. Absolutely the best barber shop in San Diego, the experience is definitely one of a kind and you won’t find it anywhere else in the world. That’s not even exaggerated, that’s just the facts.

If you’re from out of town like me and searching for a good barbershop in SD look no further. All the other barbershops in this town might as well be invisible. Louie is an artist when it comes to cutting hair, delivering clean, stylish cuts, personalized to match your look and style. You won’t find better in the area (and possibly the entire state/country). I was very happy with my haircut; looked great immediately afterwards and still looked great after it dried later (the mirror pic I added). But honestly, I got so much more out of my experience than just an awesome haircut. Louie’s positive energy is contagious. He enthusiastically greets everyone who passes by the shop- many of whom he recognizes by name- and has a very optimistic outlook on life. I’ve been at a low point in my life recently, and Louie gave me a much-needed conversation filled with hope and encouragement to brighten my day (you can literally see evidence of this on my face in the before vs after photos). His personal story, if you get a chance to hear it, is inspiring in and of itself. I’m very grateful to have met Louie and gotten a killer haircut in the process.
