You cannot do a return after ninety days after purchase. Unless you sign up for a Lowe’s card can you then have a year to return your items. Sad very sad.

I came into the store this afternoon to return items I no longer needed. The items were extremely heavy, and due to a back injury I was unable to carry them or unload them from my car. I waved Sonia down, and she immediately came over with a smile. She was friendly, pleasant. She even walked out to my car, helped unload the items and pushed the cart into the store for me. Her kindness, positive attitude stood out. Exceptional customer service like hers leaves a lasting impression. I greatly appreciate people who take the time to help others and make them feel valued. Thank you, Sonia, for your kindness. It made my day

This was actually my first time visiting this Lowe’s and I was really impressed. I ended up in the hardware area getting a key made, and the associate helping me has been there for years—we ended up talking about how much things have changed. I used to work at Home Depot for 18 years (a long time ago!), so it was fun reminiscing and comparing how different everything is now. The key machine itself was super high-tech and worked perfectly, and while we were talking I noticed what looked like a little robot going down the aisle… turns out it’s an inventory machine. That alone made me stop and think how far retail has come. The store overall felt really clean and organized, and honestly a bit more “polished” compared to the Home Depots I’ve been to recently—it feels more like a store than a warehouse. The employees were all very friendly, and even the younger staff were helpful and attentive. They also had a really nice garden section with beautiful plants (I ended up bringing one home!) and some cute garden-style shirts that were reasonably priced. Overall, a really good experience—I’ll definitely be back.

Update: Lowes customer service team was patient and after following up honored the sale price for the oven. Be patient and eventually the customer service team will figure out the sales process. We now have the oven we wanted for the price it was advertised. Side note: The delivery guys were rough with the oven so I had to replace a broken leveling leg. Lowe’s Santee Management My wife and I experienced extremely poor customer service at the Lowe’s Santee location. On Friday, November 28th, we purchased an LG oven (Model #LTGL6937F) and paid for delivery. We were assured that we would be contacted with delivery details. Instead, later that evening around 7 PM, the appliance supervisor called to inform us that she had mistakenly sold us the oven. She admitted she did not know how to check Lowe’s warehouse inventory and stated that the unit was no longer in stock. Our order was canceled, and a refund was issued without any sincere effort to resolve the situation. We returned to the store that same evening to see if the purchase could be honored, but both the appliance supervisor and the assistant store manager were unable to meet customer expectations. I went there to get 3 inch ABS pipe because no other store had it. The clerk was very helpful and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend you go there.
