It was good, clean and waitresses are attentive, walking to all lanes make sure everyone is good. Balls are preset per lanes, vs picking your own, but we were okay asking other lanes for sizes we needed and other bowlers were pretty nice. Shoes are clean and smell fine I would say though, make reservations ahead of time bc if they have a party reserve a couple of lanes you might have to wait a little bit. But there's arcades to kill time and other tables if you want to eat while you wait. We only needed one lanes so didn't have to wait too long. When we were leaving, there was a security with metal detector set up outside, so a sense of safety once you're inside. Overall, good place to bowl.

If you have any interest in bringing your own ball, call ahead to ensure theyβve actually oiled the lanes. They frequently refuse to oil the lanes, consistently dry as hell. See the attached photo. We were hoping with the merger of Bowlero and Lucky Strike the quality wouldnβt suffer. It obviously has. Frequently packed with a ton of league commitment and canβt seem do basic maintenance.

This place actually kind of sucks. Bathroom was disgusting, long wait, pins were on strings which I don't like, and it was expensive. Wouldn't recommend. I'll stick to Gardena bowl

I used to LOVE coming here, but after my most recent visit, that completely changed. While getting bowling shoes, my child was simply trying to remember his shoe size! Something any patient, professional employee should be able to handle. Instead, we were met with eye-rolling, attitude, and obvious annoyance from a staff member wearing a name tag that said βMAX.β She acted as if we were a burden for asking for basic assistance. What truly crossed the line was her mumbling something under her breath that sounded like a racial slur. That is beyond rude! it is unacceptable, inappropriate, and disgusting behavior in any setting, especially in a business that claims to be family-friendly. An employee who treats customers particularly children with that level of disrespect should not be representing your establishment. Management seriously needs to reevaluate who they have working the front desk. Behavior like that deserves serious disciplinary action, and if this is a pattern, termination should absolutely be considered. I am beyond disappointed and embarrassed that this is the standard of service being allowed here.

Very family friendly experience. We brought 3 preschoolers and two other young kiddos. They were able to play with bumpers and the bowling ramp, plus eat kid-friendly food while parents drank beer and ate pizza. The lanes are narrow, so we needed to stay focused to keep our kiddos out of other people's way, but staff and patrons alike were patient and helpful. We saw a few corporate parties as well which seemed like good opportunities to mingle with coworkers and take advantage of the happy hour specials.
