Medical services in California range from neighborhood family practices to major hospital systems. Ask whether the provider accepts your plan (Medicare, Medicaid or a private insurer), what the copay is and whether a referral is required. Pharmacies can advise on common ailments and many medicines are available over the counter, but a proper diagnosis from a doctor is the safer route for anything that lasts more than a few days.

My family recently experienced a deeply concerning situation involving my grandmother's admission to this hospital. She was missing for three days, and during that entire time, no one from the hospital contacted any family members to inform us that she had been admitted or was receiving care. What makes this even more troubling is that when we finally arrived at the hospital, our names and phone numbers were clearly listed on the whiteboard in her room. Despite having our contact information readily available, no one made any effort to notify us, provide updates, or discuss her condition. The only reason we learned of her whereabouts was because my grandmother regained consciousness and contacted us herself. I hope the hospital reviews its notification and communication procedures so that no other family has to endure the anxiety and uncertainty that we experienced.

My husband cut his finger really bad like practically off and they had zero urgency. Left him in a room for over an hour with no plan of action no checking on him nothing. Doctors didn’t seem to care enough. And emergency room was not busy I’m talking like 4 people so there was zero excuse! I expected more from them honestly.

I want to take my time and show my appreciation to the nurse who deserves it. Nurse Angela is the best nurse I have met. Your attentiveness and dedication truly made a difference in my experience.I especially appreciated how you took the time to explain everything so clearly, ensuring I understood each step of the process. Your calm and reassuring presence was incredibly comforting during what could have been a very stressful time. It's evident that you go above and beyond to provide the best possible care, and your kindness and compassion have not gone unnoticed. The CNA Alex make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and was always willing to go the extra mile. This level of dedication is truly remarkable, and I am so grateful for him! This was my first impression of the hospital and needless to say you guys are amazing !

Best hospital! Fastest care ever, I was very suprised. I had a very positive experience in the emergency room. The staff members were professional, attentive, and showed genuine care throughout my visit. From the nurses to the doctors, everyone communicated clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed about my care. RN Clayton helped me so much, he is a perfect role model. The tech Jasmin was so awesome, was always checking up on me and my family while still getting pulled by other nurses. Awesome staff here. The service was efficient, and I appreciated how quickly I was seen and treated. The team worked well together, which made the whole process feel organized and reassuring during a stressful time.

If there was zero stars I would post that. I went there last year on a 72 hr hold and there was absolutely no care given for my health. They watched me go into full psychosis, off my medication ,and I was ignored. The nurses were overwhelmed and most of them were very sweet, but they kept coming back to me saying they didn't have my medication. I don't think a hospital should be open if the drs can't even give you your antidepressant, anticonvulsant, or even a benadryl to help you sleep. It was truly the worst 72 hrs of my life. Horrible.
