I was misled by front desk people resulting in me loosing all my sessions for tattoo removal. I had my first appointment in march that went well except they charged me more and they had scheduled me another appointment sometime in june which was never confirmed and i never got the confirmation in text or call. I called several times to see when the appointment was and never got a answer until july. I ended up missing that second appointment due to not knowing when they booked it for so i ended up booking another appointment for today and it was completely my fault for missing today’s. The front desk people told me they would be able to reschedule me for both times but then i received a call 30 minutes later saying i basically cannot get another session due to the missed appointments. it’s completely understandable if i was told that but i was misled and informed otherwise that i was able to still get my sessions done. Plus i had to pay more in my first session because my tattoo was half a inch bigger than expected. I ended up paying 300+ just for 1 removal basically which did nothing. Communication sucks and there’s no punctuality with this place

Dr. Hamidi has been my primary physician for years now. I've always had pleasant experience visiting in person or by telahealth. Her associates and staff are professional and courteous. I highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Hamidi and the team.

I am absolutely thrilled with my laser hair removal experience! Dr. Hamidi is truly exceptional — she is incredibly kind, patient, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes great pride in her work. Coming from a hairy little beast like myself, I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Dr. Hamidi deserves every one of these 5 stars. She took care of my grandmother and provided truly exceptional care. What stood out most was how much time she spent with us—she carefully reviewed my grandmother’s extensive medical history and went through a very thorough review of systems without ever making us feel rushed. Dr. Hamidi was patient, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. She listened closely, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of our questions were answered. It’s rare to find a physician who combines such strong clinical knowledge with genuine kindness and attention to detail. Our family is so grateful for the care she provided. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hamidi to anyone looking for a thoughtful and dedicated physician.

I am so happy I found Dr Hamidi! She is an expert with the laser and is a very good communicator during treatments. Unlike some spas that artificially keep the power low to sell more sessions, Dr H works with you on how you’re feeling in order to use the right strength for your skin and your comfort level ensuring the best results. It’s great going to a doctor for these treatments - - you know you’re getting the best care from a true professional!
