This family oriented business has wonderful customer service. I have had several heirloom, vintage pieces repaired by the "in house" expert. This August I'm having a filigree silver bracelet laser soldered to reconnect the fine elements. Chris has previously done my engagement ring repair and resizing, hollow gold bracelet internal clasp (gold soldered), and he added an external bar latch safety for the same family heirloom. Always quality work!!!

Such a great place! I have been there many times for watch batteries over the years. Today I brought them my wedding ring which was bent out of shape. Thinking I would be leaving it there for a while, they immediately fixed it and it was back on my finger a few minutes later. So friendly, so knowledgeable. All around great place 👍🏼

I thrift did this Sterling silver Taxco necklace some time ago, but never wore it because the class didn’t work. Mann’s jewelers fixed the clasp for me for $75 and now it works perfectly. I just searched online to see how much the necklace was worth and was very surprised to see such a high value. Definitely worth the $75 investment. Great people there very personable and helpful.
