Manny and his crew are super professional. He came out take a look at my old HVAC system and he sent me an estimate the same day, which came in about 25% cheaper than the other two vendors I'd spoken to. His crew arrived on time, took great care when in my home, and the install went without a hitch. I recommend Manny's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone unreservedly.

I recently had very bad experiences with other HVAC installation and repair companies. Between getting charged $3,000 every few months for, "topping off freon" (note: my system was installed new in 2018, so I'm not even sure if freon was the refrigerant the system needed), to proposing a $20k install of a new unit while mind was under warranty (twice), to claiming that my warranty was invalid until I set up an email thread with my HVAC company and my repair team to prove that my system was under warranty, to finally claiming that the local supply shop was "out of parts" for 6 months straight (I eventually called the shop, and they confirmed that they haven't been able to get a response from the repair team.). LONG STORY SHORT, I've been through HVAC hell, and finally decided to go with a new, local company with stellar reviews that recognized my system's warranty. Mario came to inspect the system, identified the repairs that needed to be made, was in and out within 2 hours only a day after I requested service, and not even $500 later I'm enjoying a cool, air-conditioned home. Manny’s Heating and Air Conditioning did an excellent job. They were professional, on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work efficiently. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. A special thank you to our technician, Jesus, who went above and beyond. He was courteous, professional, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made the entire experience stress-free. Manny's team led by Victor was knowledgeable, respectful of my property and licensed to do the job. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend this business if you need to service your HVAC air conditioner or heating system. The guys cleaned up and moved furniture back after the work was done. Victor worked all day on a hot afternoon in my attic that was the temperature of a boiler room. I applaud Victor's professionalism and work ethic!

Manny's installed a new package heat pump unit for me that was replacing a 20-yr old gas pack. It was a challenge because my property is small with very tight corners - the crew were very careful and respectful of my property throughout both removal and installation. They took their time ensuring the unit was well secured and sealed, and then tested the unit thoroughly. High marks for professionalism and being a genuine pleasure to interact with. I originally received quotes from three different installers, and while Manny's wasn't the lowest, I could tell from the first contact that Manny's maintains high standards for communication, service and quality work. Overall, well worth it and highly recommended.
