Omgosh... My daughter went in for her senior yearbook picture. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted nicely. The photographer was awesome. He made my daughter feel at ease. My daughter felt confident. Her pictures came out great with the guidance of the photographer. We will definitely come back.

Maxwell took the winter formal pictures for my daughters’ school. In both photos, my daughters and their dates are positioned very awkwardly. They’re standing far apart from their dates, so far that you can see their arms crossing over each other in the back. It’s just awful work! I imagine the photographer gets to look at the photo and approve it before deciding it’s good enough to print. How do you not see what everyone else sees?? DO BETTER!!!! I forgot to mention that one of my daughters is a junior so Maxwell has taken many pictures of her over the years and I truly haven’t liked any. I’m just fed up at this point!

I'm not sure how this studio got the exclusive gig where students are required to get their photos here or they aren't in the yearbook. The employees were friendly, and the pictures were okay, but this is the only time we come to this studio, because we have to. I gave them four stars though, because there was no pressure to buy anything other than the fee we have to pay. I did appreciate that.

I took my daughter to have her senior yearbook photo taken this afternoon. They saw her on time and were so nice and the photographer really put heartfelt effort into making the experience wonderful! We will absolutely return.

Horrible customer services. My photos were scheduled to be complete on June 9, 2018 and I was informed that there was "NO" way that they would be completed earlier due to an overload of orders. It turned out that my photos were available on May 11, 2018 and they never contacted me to inform me that they were ready nor did they send me my digital copies. I never received a call from Maxwell. I contacted them today and they informed me that my photos were ready for pick-up on May 11, 2018. Melissa the supervisor/photographer was not genuine in her approach and communication with me as she attempted to over-talk me and minimize their lack of accountability. Just Horrible.
