Terrible checkout experience on a Wednesday evening. Two cashiers, both stuck with problems and both the supervisor and store manager were trying to help them while 6 of us waited in line. Four employees, two registers not moving. The returns person apologized and said 'our system is slow' which was in fact, not true, the system was fine as I watched my own order eventually ringing up. The process was broken. The systems were fine. I tried to give online feedback via their survey, and the form is broken online. That really says says something. If your online form is broken AND you have no number, then I guess a Google review is my only hope that somewhere someone cares enough. One of the four cashiers should have been reassigned to open another register. Instead they angered six customers, and lost one for sure. My advice - order online from anyplace else. For a store that prides itself on customer experience, this visit was among the worst I've encountered in years. Nothing on my visit was good: Shelf prices were incorrect. Had to walk around to find someone to unlock cabinets. Lying to customers about the system being slow when the people were the problem. Checkout

I visited your store with low expectations, looking for an item advertised on sale for $0.99. After checking the mobile section, I couldn't find it and assumed it was out of stock. However, as I looked around, I was highly impressed by how clean and organized the store was. Gilbert greeted me in the next aisle and politely offered his assistance. I mentioned that I had been looking for a cable but had given up, assuming it was sold out. He asked to see the advertisement, brought me back to the mobile section, and actively helped me look for it. He even searched through several boxes stored on the top shelf until he finally located the correct cable. I was thoroughly impressed by Gilbert's exceptional attitude and customer service. He truly made my day. Gilbert is a prime example of an employee who is willing to go above and beyond for customers, regardless of the price of the item. Thank you!

Built a new high-end PC with my son and went in for Micro Center’s Build & Learn experience. We bought the parts elsewhere, but because it’s been 15 years since I last built one and with the cost of GPUs and RAM these days, I wanted to make sure everything went right. 😂 Highly recommend! Roshan, the service manager, was very helpful in helping me get scheduled quickly, and he also explained how to prepare and what to expect. Mauricio, the build tech, was amazing—very patient, attentive, thorough, and answered all of our questions! He also helped us troubleshoot an incompatible part and got us quickly up and running with something they carried in-store. Very pleased with the experience and would absolutely do again. 🙌🏻

I was shopping for pc parts here for my build project last month, I bought most of the parts here and I had to comeback here the next day to complete the rest of my list... the employees did a fantastic job assisting me on getting the items I wanted, it was fast, professional, and friendly👏. I'll be adding more upgrades to my setup in the future, I'm definitely going to come back here again! It was a pleasure doing business with you Microcenter.🤝

Before coming into the store, I was a little intimidated to buy a PC because I know nothing about computers. But once I walked in, Joe M. greeted me and was very friendly and helpful while creating the PC build of my dreams! He explained things in a way that made sense to me and went above and beyond to match the inspiration picture I showed him. He pulled all the parts for me and then escorted me to the building center where he introduced me to Jason Y. Jason Y is a literal magician and made my dream into a reality! There were some issues with faulty parts (from shipping issues, not because of Jason) and Jason was in constant communication with me about everything he was doing and what needed to be replaced. When I came to pick up the PC, David helped me check out and was just amazing with handling all the changes to make sure it all was attached to my protection plan properly. Unfortunately, I had picked a GPU and CPU that were not strong enough to handle the games I play, so I came back to Jason to ask if I could upgrade. Jason was able to recommend the best options and was quickly able to replace the new parts in the computer and now it’s running everything on the highest quali

Great experience at the new Santa Clara location. I ran into a small issue with a digital coupon, but the staff and the manager, Justin, were professional and helpful. They really care about the local maker community. I walked out with exactly what I needed for my Pi 5 AI project. Highly recommend!

I visited the Micro Center three times so far, I was interested in getting a new, Windows 11 compatible computer. The first time, I was gathering information and trying to narrow down my needs and gotta-haves. The salesman was knowledgeable, patient, and spent a lot of time with me. He showed me several alternative approaches. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried. The second time, I had made a decision on a machine I thought would fill the bill. Again, a salesman was terrific. Understood what I was going for and offered me some alternatives. I chose to stay with my selection. While my order was being prepared, a second salesman walked around the store with me and answered some questions. Check out was easy, reasonably quick, and the cashier was helpful and professional While setting up the new computer, I had some questions. I made an appointment with the Knowledge bar. When I got there, I was greeted by name. Immediately at ease, I posed my questions and got good, friendly help. My overall impression is that Micro Center is the store that for all those years long ago, we all wished Fry's would have been when it was the only alternative. For my needs in the fu

Update: it's been 8 months since I updated this review and Microcenter is still the best place to go for many of the technology items and supplies that I need if I want to pick it up in person. Their filament elevator is currently not working which has turned out to be its most reliable state. The store has filament and if you ask for assistance they will try to get you what you need but they are struggling to figure out how to merchandise filament. They have have a large supply of double packs of their basic PLA from Inland, but other than Inland, it doesn't seem they carry any other brands other than Proto Pasta at this time. They used to have a decent selection of Cookie Cad but I could find none today. They still have plenty of the miscellaneous tools that you made when they start 3D printing. Their selection of printers is fully stocked as well. They price match so regardless of what you find online, they'll match it. Still a winner in my book! No Stars deducted. Walking into Micro Center reminds me of the earliest days of home computing. It was a special trip to the computer store, Micro Center was one of the best!
