The experience was amazing I called for a rare bottle which they had in stock. They even double checked to make sure when I drove there. They already had the bottle in the back, waiting for me To make sure it was available upon me arriving The Store, which is dropped dead, beautiful one of the best Liquor stores. I’ve ever been in very well organized. Very easy to find what you’re looking for.

I recently purchased a bottle that I assumed was around $50, since that was the only price tag displayed near it. I’ll admit I was in the moment celebrating a promotion, so I didn’t double check the price at the register. I’ve been coming to this store for an about two years and never had any issues the process has always been simple, direct, and exactly what you’d expect when buying alcohol. The only problem this time was that I felt blindsided by the lack of a clear price tag. Shortly after paying, I got a notification showing a charge of $215 and some change. I immediately went back, thinking it had to be an employee error. The employee explained that all sales are final, but she listened to my concern and contacted her manager right away. The manager was professional, respectful, and clear about the policies, and she still reached out to the owner on my behalf. The owner went out of her way to understand the situation and made things right. As a loyal customer, I genuinely appreciate how the entire team handled it. Things happen, and yes, all sales are final, but the owner still stepped in and made it happen. That level of customer care is why I’ll continue coming back.

Thanks for your shipment, Excellent prices and packaging... now I'll tell you a little about the personal history of this bottle, when I was born in 1980 my dad was given a bottle of Swing for my birth (it was a Venezuelan custom) my dad never opened the bottle, he's not much of a drinker. At my 25th birthday celebration in the middle of the party (I was a bit drunk) I decided to open the bottle of Swing and drink it, my father agreed, with the only condition that I replace the bottle. 20 more years went by... tomorrow is my birthday and I finally bought him his bottle to give it to him. It's not available in Florida, so thank you so much.

Immaculate service! Rebecca was extremely helpful in taking care of me. Very rare that I find a place that carries Fortaleza tequila. This place exceeded my expectations. They really do have some of the finest selection of tequilas and spirits. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be coming back for their services in the future! Keep up the exceptional work.

Living in La Jolla, there's nothing close to home that has the amazing selection this place has. From rare craft beers to tequila you won't find anywhere else, this place has everything! Wine/champagne and everything else you can imagine is abundant here. The owner of the shop is so knowledgeable with her products, I came for a nice Tequila Ocho Blanco for NYE and she had tons. This is probably the best liquor store near me by far. The pricing is fair and great, I'll definitely be back soon!
