The light skin Black female attendant wirh braids was rude after I placed an empty soda can in the trash can while paying for gas. She became so hostile & canceled my transaction that I had to go to another gas station to get gas. Apparently the owners don't want their gas station to stay as clean as possible.

I usually will stop at this gas station on my way home from work. I want instance before the attendant who name is. Vwol or something like that he’s usually there in the evenings. He lacks genuine customer service. One day I had a few items and he never asked if I needed a bag and then when I asked for a bag, he got a attitude. I went in today to cash in my lottery tickets and to get gas. I asked if I could pay for the lottery tickets with my tap and he stated yes as long as it’s a debit card and it is a debit card. I changed the amount. From what I was getting in gas from $20-$25. He had the nerves to get an attitude because he had to start over with the transaction. When I tapped my phone to pay, it did not prompt me to put it in a pin and he got an attitude and I stated well it’s not my machine. I stated to him it is your machine and your instructions, also it did not prompt me to put in the pin. He then stated next time use debit and I stated it is a debit card and he argue with me and I am never coming back to this location horrible customer service especially to black women. I also asked him if it was a corporate store and he stated yes, but I beg to differ.

Car wash ripped a panel off my car. Tried to politely ask to speak with a manager to discuss issue and Sayef refused to help me. He came out to verify the damage and just claimed there’s no way the car wash did that, despite me going into the car wash with my car looking perfect and immediately coming out with the panel dragging.
