Oscar and his team did an amazing job! They were incredibly friendly, flexible, and efficient, delivering perfect results. It’s clear they aim for top performance in the shortest time possible. I will definitely use them again!

Team 19 Sonia and Getsemany. Three letters: OMG! Team 19 was the dynamic dual of cleaning and dusting off areas within my residence. Sonya took lead and both individuals arrived punctually and went straight to work. Sonya wasted no time getting after the main effort and went elbows deep into the dirty areas, Getsemany showed no mercy on dirty surface areas. Both employees were courteous, professional, happy, and we're so quiet yet thorough I almost forgot they were here cleaning. Team 19 made it a purpose to leave a lasting clean Foundation. They departed leaving clean surfaces flat and shiny. If there is ever a question on which service to choose, I recommend Molly Maids, as Team 19 set the bar very high! Please commend both employees, as this was a much better experience than I have had with any other cleaning service in this area. It was worth the wait and worth every penny I will pay. r/ proud customer

Very unpleased. I had a small studio dwelling, approx 250 sq ft and paid $230 and asked for a move-out/in cleaning - they spent 2 hours cleaning the floor and shower. The doors and cabinets had grime on them and were completely untouched, window tracks were dirty, appliances (fridge and microwave) were untouched, counters were wiped, not cleaned, inside of cupboards and drawers were untouched, and a large amount of dust left over. Very unsatisfactory and no price adjustment was offered, only another complimentary service which I declined due to the job not having been completed the first time.

We used Molly Maid Service for a move-in/move-out cleaning, and the experience was absolutely fabulous. Their customer service was great, and setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Two of their employees, Marleny and Deysi (Team 18), did an outstanding job. They were kind, professional, and efficient. They left the place spotless and perfectly ready for moving, and everything was completed in a very timely manner. Their attention to detail truly stood out. We really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend Mowing Maid Service- especially Team 18—to anyone needing a reliable and thorough cleaning. Thank you so much!
