Jeff was a referral from a neighbor for a garage conversion to a primary bedroom/bath/walk in closet. He worked with us to make it our own and took our suggestions, concerns, and questions seriously. We were on a time crunch for submission and he got our plans submitted as promised before the holidays. There were some changes recommended during review which Jeff took care of quickly and communicated to us, and permitting went smoothly! After permits were approved, Jeff was still available to assist when we had issues with SDGE and our contractor consulted him. Overall would recommend!

I’ve really enjoyed working with Jeff Thaxton over the last few years. We hired Jeff to help design a multifamily in north PB, and at the time it was my first ‘big project.’ Jeff was instrumental in educating me along the way, and of course the final product was exactly what I was hoping for. Hired him again for a multifamily in Crown Point, same results. I’ve since recommended him to several friends, and everyone shares the same sentiment: great work, thorough, and responsive.
