We stopped by Mor Furniture this weekend to look for a new sectional, and the entire team blew us away with their customer service. Jorge was fantastic—he helped us find exactly what we were looking for and provided all the details we needed about the sofa. Both Jorge and Mario (the store manager) made sure we were fully informed on everything from the exact dimensions to the details of the extended warranty, all while giving us plenty of space to look around without ever feeling intrusive. They even pointed out their red tag sale, which ended up saving us some great money! When it came time to wrap things up, Gilbert stepped in and made the financing and checkout process completely seamless. He confirmed all our purchase information accurately and got our delivery day scheduled in absolutely no time. Overall, this was a smooth, pressure-free, and incredibly efficient experience. Excellent experience from start to finish. Dani was the one who helped me, and she truly made all the difference. She is very kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The service was fast, efficient, and always with a great attitude. We visited this location to look for a sofa and dining set, and the service we received was excellent. Oscar provided clear, detailed, and comprehensive information, including helpful comparisons that made it easier for us to determine which pieces would best suit our home and lifestyle. He also took the time to explain the accidental protection plan thoroughly. While we understood it was an optional add-on, the benefits were presented in a helpful and informative way without any pressure to purchase. Because of the outstanding customer service and guidance we received, we felt confident in our choices and returned the same day to purchase the furniture we had been considering. We hope to get the same service upon delivery.

Ricardo is the man! We’d been searching for months and all the salespeople at different stores could take a page from his book. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. He helped my husband and I find an amazing loveseat recliner at a great price. It’s so comfortable! A total lifesaver for our bad backs. Delivery was fast and easy too. Can’t recommend MOR enough.
