They were effective at getting me a fair settlement, but communication towards the end needs to be better. I called and emailed my attorney over 2 weeks and got no immediate response. Also, explaining what rights I am relinquishing was never discussed.

After explaining my injury, Morgan and Morgan were prompt to get me to an attorney to help with my workplace injury. I called another Attorney first and after the first phone call, they were extremely difficult to get a hold of. They never emailed me paperwork when they said they would, they over promised and under delivered on their returning call’s and emails. Morgan and Morgan contacted me by phone literally within seconds of my filling out and submitting the claim form on its website - very impressive. It may seem like no one is on your side. You nay even feel like your not being looked after, or responded to. But not with Arianna, my paralegal. Since she's joined my case. I feel like everything is moving along. By answering my calls to her calling me for the information needed. I appreciate the Morgan & Morgan firm for understanding communication during the most vulnerable time in my life after the accident is essential, vital. They are fighting for me and my son. Injuries are no joke, they are even harder when you still have to try and make a living while in pain.
