Yes my BMW got towed because I parked in a non-designated parking spot but I’m giving them a 5-star for towing my car with care. 😬😭😆 They towed my car with dollies; otherwise my awd car would’ve been ruined. No damage to the car whatsoever and the pick up process was smooth (albeit the $500 😭). I appreciate them for not being reckless and doing their job well.

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. My vehicle was towed from a posted 2-hour parking space even though I had parked there for only about 1 hour. I have video evidence showing exactly when I parked, and when I returned, my car had already been towed. When I went to their office with my evidence, I was treated disrespectfully instead of having my concerns taken seriously. The entire experience felt extremely unfair and caused me unnecessary stress and financial hardship. If the evidence confirms that my vehicle was towed before the 2-hour limit expired, I expect a full refund. If this matter is not resolved, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies and file complaints with the appropriate authorities.

My car was towed last night which is fine as it was my mistake parking at one hour parking for 2 hours. I went to pick it up within an hour. There was a man sitting into his 70s or 80s. Man! So Rude. We are supposed to mad as we are going to pay 500 dollars but jesus christ! He hates my race,my color or whatever it is. It was my first time picking up the towed car. There was a charge for 4 hours parking written. So i was just asking about it since i picked it up within an hour. He started yelling, screaming at me giving me a panic attack. 'Listen,listen,listen,i can charge you for 24 hours and went on screaming. I just said ' you are scaring me, please calm down'. He kept screaming saying he is not screaming lol. At this old age if you haven't learned anything in your life what was the purpose of your life man?You should be inspiring us, our generation but this dude is acting like Gen Z kid. Watching reels throughout. Watching reels asking my ids, details, doind paper work Watching reels. Come on man, you have the whole night. Atleast pause it when you talk to people. These people are making this world the worst place to live

Extremely extremely rude and humiliating group of people. No explanation what so ever. I understand their job is to tow from properties but when a person is absolutely confused in such a situation (cause some apartments don’t have proper no parking signs yet cars are towed) and in such a situation they are absolutely rude to the other person without understanding what they are going through when you slap a 600 usd bill on their face Absolute sham.

I was illegally towed from a lot that still have two open businesses in the lot. I was at the bar (that was still open) when I was towed. The only signs said no airport or overnight parking. It was 11:15pm. Not even past midnight. I was treated with so much disrespect and charged $510 to get my vehicle back even thought it was only stolen by them for about an hour and a half. The person who finally returned my stolen property to me was beyond rude and would not let my fiancé come back to get the vehicle from the lot with me (as a solo female in an area I’m not from at 3am this was incredibly uncomfortable) and treated my friend (who was illegally towed at the same time) the same way. I’m beyond appalled anyone could call this a business. It was theft and extortion.
