Went here to get help with my ram and they were more then willing to help, turned out my mother board was the issue (as well as some ram sticks that went bad) even when I left and came back in side the person that was helping me had to take care of another customer the other person working there immediately tried to help me till the original guy could and when all was done they even offered to help carry stuff to my car when my hand were full 10/10 would come back

This isn't the first time I've taken a broken computer to MPC. I know from past experience that they will do their best and that in the end everything is going to be okay.

Recently stopped by after my old PC completely gave up on life, and I walked out with one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. These guys are already top-tier, but they went way beyond that for me. I had just been in a car accident and physically couldn’t carry the new PC I bought. Tom didn’t hesitate—he personally came with me, hauled the entire setup into my apartment, and got everything up and running. That’s not “good service.” That’s the kind of above-and-beyond support you don’t see anymore. Absolute legends. 100/10—would buy from them again without hesitation. - Brian

Charged $100 to tell me “thermal paste was the issue” for SSD issues. Multiple accounts of people being told that thermal paste is the issue instead of fixing real underlying issues, all while charging $100. Do not go here for any real technical advice.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and his team of technicians from MPC Electronics, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Not only did they do an excellent job setting up my gaming rig featuring the Hyte Y70 and Lian Li fans, but they also took the time to walk me through the entire setup process. They explained how overclocking works in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with every step. They also taught me how to manage the Lian Li fan software, including how to edit the GIFs displayed on the LCDs—something I was really excited to learn. On top of that, they guided me through the display settings on the Y70’s touchscreen, making sure everything was customized to my preferences. What stood out most was their attitude. The team was not only technically skilled but also incredibly friendly, fun to talk to, and genuinely engaging. It’s rare to find technicians who are both experts in their field and great at making the experience enjoyable. I've loved these guys since 2006. I won't go anywhere else. the last upgrade i got from them was a fast nvme drive for cheap like a year ago on the desk in the picture. they won't do u wrong

I have been here several times and here is my experience(s): (experiences went from pleasant to utter rude, and horrendous/bad customer service) 1st time: Great and helpful as I was building another PC and needed quick parts. Asked if I didn't need the parts if I could return then and they were totally ok with it and said yes. 2nd time: Were not very helpful as I was looking to return some RAM that I did not need actually and asked what I would like to do, I said politely I would like a refund as that's what they said I was able to do. Then tells me we don't do that and can only give in store credit.. So now I'm stuck with over $100 of store credit. 3rd time: I go back to buy anything I need for my set ups to use store credit and some, starters one associate was going to order me a monitor and get it here so I could buy through them, then the manager quickly says no and tells me to go buy something they have. (I didn't want their product they had in stock) He was very rude and insisted it was better even though I knew the difference between the products. Yet again left without anything. 4th time: I am back to give them another chance, looked for monitors again but higher end on
