My photos don’t do my nails justice, but I absolutely loved them and my experience at Neon. It was my first time there, but definitely not my last. I started with a brow and lip wax before my pedicure and full set. The technician was incredibly attentive, taking her time to ensure I was comfortable after every strip and making sure everything looked even. Then, it was time for my pedicure at my scheduled time with my friend. We enjoyed a refreshing mango juice while we were being serviced. The massage chairs were incredibly relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the place was truly pleasant. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly my full set nails. The technician took the time to carefully shape and perfect the gel polish, resulting in a stunning and long-lasting manicure.

Made an appointment for Saturday morning i was clear what I wanted done.When I arrived reception was recommending the higher package for a pedicure I explained I only wanted the basic pedicure she went on to explain what it didn't cover I told her again I just wanted a basic one. The lady that was going to do my nails did not speak English she let the receptionist know I was going to be charged 6 $ extra because I had Gel on my nails I explained I never get a Gel pedicure they insisted it was and they charge extra for removal . I felt like I had no choice but pay it. Lady doing my nails never spoke to me or made an attempt she kept a conversation going with co worker next to her. My visit felt unwelcome. This was not my first time coming to Neon nails for service But this will be my last.

I had the best experience at this nail salon! From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel so welcome. They even offered us juice or champagne while we relaxed, which made the visit feel extra special. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your nails. My acrylic full set came out absolutely perfect, they created the best nail shape I've ever had, and their attention to detail was amazing. My pedicure was just as impressive, with so much care put into every step. My sister-in-law also got a pedicure along with an almond-shaped cat-eye full set, and her nails turned out spectacular. The cat-eye effect was stunning, and the shape was flawless. If you're looking for a salon with exceptional customer service, talented nail technicians, and a relaxing atmosphere, I can't recommend this place enough. We'll definitely be coming back!

My technician, David, was very nice and easy to talk to about the design and changes I wanted to make. He was very precise with my nails while also working quickly. The salon itself is very spacious and clean, and checking in is very quick. I’m not from Fresno but I would definitely swing by again for a new set !

This was my first time at Neon Nails and Lisa did a wonderful job! She really listened to what I wanted, and my nails turned out exactly how I imagined. I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back.
