Visiting the Nintendo store near Union Square in San Francisco was such a fun and nostalgic experience! Even though I only bought one item, I mostly went just to soak in the atmosphere, and it totally delivered. The Experience & Layout: The store spans an upstairs and downstairs area, featuring dedicated sections for popular characters and games. I especially loved the Zelda area! There is even a game space where you can play the video games for a short wait. It is definitely worth checking out, even if you just want to experience the vibe without purchasing anything. Service & Practical Tips: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When I was leaving, they even directed me on which trolley to take to head toward Fisherman's Wharf. Good to know: Keep your purchase in mind—you do have to show your receipt as you exit with your items. Verdict: A must-visit spot in the Union Square area for fans of any age, whether you're shopping or just looking to take a nostalgic trip down memory lane!

I love Nintendo, and visiting this store is like a rite of passage for me. The selection is varied, and any fan of Nintendo games and franchises will squee and point excitedly at everything on display. The staff were very approachable and amicable. I wore a Mario Sunshine Hawaiian shirt and got complimented on more than one occasion. I left happy, with my bag in tow. I wish I could visit all the time. 12/10

Here on business and was exploring the city and saw this store. Walked in and was greeted immediately and the young lady told me everything about the store and directed me to everything I needed to find. It has 2 floors and was filled with all things Nintendo. Left with 2 games for my son’s Nintendo switch. Will definitely be back

Loved the store! I was able to finally get the Korok Green Cup! And so many cool things!! The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. But if you can, go during the week, because on weekends usually you have to wait in line outside.
