5/3/26 This store has gone downhill. It's filthy. The meat and produce depts need serious attention. The employees are not friendly. The theft at the store is unbelievable. We saw a guy walk out with his OWN bags filled with stuff. The employee just said are you going to pay for that? as he walked out the door. Says it happens all the time. It explains why the prices are so high. I will not be shopping there again.

After several bad experiences at foodmaxx down the street, I started attending Nob Hill Foods for my groceries. One of the best decisions I've made this year. The serve yourself fruitbar is amazing. The deli clerk was very nice to me when making my meal. The store brand products are great deals, really! The cashiers are also very nice, one of them complimented my hoodie. This is my new go to grocery store. Wild horses couldn't drag me back to Foodmaxx!!

More often than not the staff is rude. Also, they are frequently out of stock of advertised specials and, if they are available, one must go there during very specific times of day. Their free personalized specials are virtually non-existant and merely bait. Unlike other supermarkets, their self checkout stands are not equipped with scanning guns. Finally, their point redemption system is a complete farce. Every time I reach the redeemable amount and time, they mysteriously disappear, no matter how closely I adhere to their rigid policy. I never experience this problem with other supermarkets. The only reason I go there at all anymore is they occasionally have worthwhile specials, though only on shelf during limited times of day.

I like how the store organized all items. Vegetable and fruit are very fresh. The price is high from here, but you have a choice, the good way is to become Nob Hill Foods’ membership. Besides that I like Peet’s Coffee and Tea’s space.

I have been to other NobHill‘s but yesterday was my first time in this NobHill. This NobHill is located near Highway 85 and Kaiser Hospital. It’s got a Pete’s coffee inside, a U.S. Bank and an amazing deli where you can make fresh sandwiches and order hot foods and a variety of salads. This is one of the most well stocked and clean grocery stores that I have been in. I was so impressed with how full the shells were and how clean the floors were. When I checked out staff was super nice and courteous too. This NobHill is definitely worth a visit they have everything in the store from floral to cleaning to baking to meats but the variety is endless. I will definitely be back.
