I had a great experience with Mariah. She helped me with my return after the first employee assisting me didn’t seem to know how to process it. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he had several facial piercings. I would appreciate it if the managers could speak with him about providing better customer service, learning more about the return process, and treating customers with more courtesy and respect. He made me feel somewhat uncomfortable. Thankfully, Mariah stepped in after I asked for someone else to help me, and she handled everything professionally and kindly. I truly appreciate employees like her. Thank you, Mariah!

I went in today to buy a pair of shoes The lady who served me in the men’s does section, Cristina , was extremely pleasant and helpful , wich is not common to find in department stores nowadays. The rest of the store was clean and well organised And I find the prices reasonable, even for the exclusive items

I had a wonderful experience at Nordstrom thanks to Azade, the Jimmy Choo/Montblanc vendor. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in helping me find the perfect fragrance. Especially during difficult economic times, it’s disappointing to see rude and unprofessional employees like this. Businesses should properly investigate these situations and make sure their staff are trained in customer service and professionalism. Some employees act like they own the business, but when customers ask questions, they should kindly explain and guide them instead of responding with cold expressions and bad attitudes. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or unwelcome just for asking simple questions. It felt like I owed them something just for being there. Employees may still receive their paycheck, but showing basic respect and appreciation toward customers should be the minimum standard for any business.
