Dr Vasquez and his staff are exceptional. They went above and beyond, caring for Nala (beagle -lab) for an eye infection. Dr Vasquez is highly informed, efficient, offering the utmost professionalism. Since Dr Vasquez offers his services for low income. There is a 3 to 4 hour wait to be seen. Regardless of financial circumstances, Dr Vasquez is the only vet I trust with the care of my pups. He is personable and generous. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience Xo

Dr. Joey is the BEST!! Couldn't trust any veterinarian with my babies more😻 Highly recommend!! ONLY downside is how early you have to get there and wait in line because it's only a walk in clinic and they only see the first 50 people who sign up. But even WITH that, this is the best place to bring your fur angels, and they are INSANELY reasonable with their pricing... truly keeping the business human♡

I came here but was turned away because my dog has melanoma. They wouldn't see her for palliative cancer care whatsoever. I can't afford to get her proper cancer treatment like chemo, or to be seen anywhere for a basic exam, but I would have at liked to not watch her suffer and die slowly. I don't understand why this hospital can't offer basic pain care for all animals- an X-ray, biopsy, or even options for euthanasia. Nothing at all just because of her diagnosis. It's very cruel. My little girl is my whole world. She doesn't deserve this.

How dare you make appointments for customers when you are closed for the holidays? I have been coming to this clinic for years it has gone down hill. No one ever answers phones, the staff is rude, it's just a money grab as they appear to be the only affordable vet on the East Side. It's 6am I wasted $25 on a Lyft and my cats still won't be spayed and neutered. It's really challenging to even get a vet on the phone as they almost never list prices it's hours wasted on the phone. Don't bother with this unprofessional disrespectful business.

Really kind people. During the pandemic they operate under different hours so you’ll have to call. We got there around 7:30 am to put our name on the list as they’re only seeing the first 50 patients at this time. They’ve put tents and chairs out in the parking lot for all those waiting, which is really nice since you could be waiting awhile. Happy this place exists for the community.
