Jesus and team were great. On time, efficient, polite. They let me know if things were damaged in advance. They took time to work with me to pack. We used them to pack one day and move the next day. They worked very hard and interacted with my young son in a very nice way. They packed everything professionally and marked the boxes clearly for us. They also took time to reassemble our furniture and make changes to our living room as we were indecisive. Highly recommend them and this company.

I had done two moves with North Star before and knew how fantastic they were.. these moves were within the state of California so when I learned that they also do cross-country moves I did not hesitate to reach out to Eileen at Northstar to coordinate moving my belongings 2500 miles to the East Coast. From start to finish it was unbelievable, great prices,. Super communicative. You will not regret using Northstar. In my three transactions with them they have never damaged or broken a thing or lost a thing so you decide.

We had an amazing experience with NorthStar Moving Company in Los Angeles!! Luis, Emanuel, Brandon, and Alejandro were outstanding, on time, professional, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. Their communication was great throughout, and they made what is usually a very stressful process feel smooth and easy. We truly appreciate their hard work, efficiency, and top-notch customer service. I just spotted their trucks in my neighborhood & requested a quote. Every step of the way was easy. From the quote to customer service for scheduling to the movers on both ends of the move (moved from Santa Monica, CA to Portland, OR). All were great! Really recommend them.

We had the best experience with Pedro and his team for our move from LA to OC! From the very beginning, they were absolutely amazing. As soon as they arrived, everyone introduced themselves and were so kind and professional. They got straight to work and moved everything in and out quickly, but without ever rushing. They took the time to carefully wrap our furniture and load and unload everything with so much care, nothing was damaged at all! They truly made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. On top of that, they surprised us with a beautiful orchid and a handwritten card as a thank you and welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. We’re so happy we hired them and would highly recommend Pedro and his team to anyone planning a move!
