So dirty the biggest fire hazard way overcrowded Dog and cat feces all over they do not keep it up They need to move it off this block or clean it up

Super safe and clean. Such great amenities and caring management. No random kids running around, or trash everywhere. The lots are super organized and professional looking. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for about 4 months and overall we enjoyed it. It has onsite coin-op laundry, propane exchange, and two public restrooms. It's gated, family & animal friendly, and it is affordable. It appears that there is no age limit for RVs which is good if you have an older (uglier) trailer. The managers, Osyris & Isaiah are both very helpful and friendly. The downsides are that it's really tight getting in and out, there is room for one car per site. The electricity is billed separately from rent and it ISN'T billed based on how much you use, everyone pays the same dollar amount for electricity no matter how much you (don't) use. I liked it for the most part tho and would stay there again!

Me and my family rented a space here recently and it was one of the best RV parks we have stayed at. Everything was brand new and looks as if was just built. The facilities and entire park were very clean. It's a gated facility, which is important to me and my family for safety reasons, yet you are still able to leave the park and there's a beautiful park right close by. Inside they have a dog park and laundry facilities, which was nice and there's the added convenience of free internet, water, sewage, trash disposal etc. And the staff were friendly and accommodating. (Even considering the fact that I somehow got the dates wrong and completely showed up a week in advance!) I would and definitely will be recommending this park to friends and family!
