I’ve been doing both group training and individual lessons here, and I’ve had a really great experience. Monty is extremely accommodating, helpful, and thoughtful in the way he coaches. He knows how to push you to improve while also being very careful about preventing injuries. Since I started training here, my game has improved drastically, especially my concentration and footwork. The training is challenging, but in a smart and safe way. I’ve been pushed to improve without ever feeling overworked. The facility is excellent. The floor is well padded, the court is very well lit, and the overall environment is great for serious practice. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality badminton training or game.

I have tried a number of coaches in the Bay Area and internationally, and Coach Monty is next level as a badminton coach. He has a rare ability to analyze your game and develop exercises which rapidly fix your mistakes. He has a deep intuition honed over decades of training as a national-level player and a love of badminton that is infectious! We have trained with him for a year and our game has massively improved. Strongly recommended for beginners through to advanced players.

Awesome coach and facilities! Coach Monty is great at breaking down techniques in a way that makes it easy to improve. You can tell he cares about helping his students grow. Facilities-wise, the court has really nice flooring and parking is extremely easy for a place in the city. Highly recommend!

One A is a great facility, clean, well run badminton courts with easy system to use. Even better, however, is Coach Monty. He is a thoughtful, diligent coach who is very well versed in the game. He provides actionable feedback that will result in rapid improvement. His group lessons are extremely well structured and he keeps the student count low to ensure everyone gets appropriate attention. He does a good job of structuring the class so all levels of players are able to realize value from the session. He's helped my game with footwork, grip, technique and even reading the game and strategy. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve their game.

Great place to play badminton, the floor is well padded and the court is well lit. I started taking lessons with coach Monty and I started seeing improvements after only a few sessions. It wasn’t too hot during those few hot days this summer and it hasn’t been too cold so far during the winter. I’d highly recommend renting the court here with some friends for a good experience not far from the city.
