My tech Alejandro was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I truly cannot praise him enough. Extremely professional, extremely helpful, and especially extremely kind because roaches give me anxiety, and he was very patient and understanding. He went over the cracks that need to be sealed with me, did the kitchen and bathroom treatment, and it was extremely seamless and easy. Would absolutely recommend orkin and I will be using them on a consistent basis going forward

This was so seamless and worth it. I’d been putting off hiring pest control for an escalating ant problem. Finally called and within five minutes had a human on the phone drawing up a very reasonably priced plan. Their specialist, Charlie, came out four hours later the same day. He was super friendly and very attentive of protecting my pets. He also took the time to inspect my place and give me suggestions on what I need in a way that was prudent and not upselling for the sake of upselling. I’m sure there may be cheaper options out there but most times you get what you pay for, and this was a surprisingly educating and friendly example of that being the case. It was an insanely easy and prompt experience. I usually dread summer because of all the pest control I have to do myself versus now having a guy with a plan who I trust in my home. Very much recommend.
