Otto’s did a great job replacing the oil cooler on my audi. They were transparent throughout the entire process and the turnaround time was quick. I felt they had my best interests in mind, and will definitely be back.

I found this shop through Google and ChatGPT, and I found a jewel. Took my car today for annual maintenance, and the treatment was superb. Vicente, the owner, told me they would inspect the entire car so they wouldn't charge me for services my car wouldn't need. Definitely I will come back for future services and highly recommend if you have a European cars as that's their specialization.

Amazing service, for a reasonable price! I can not say enough about how great the whole team at Otto's has been. They did an amazing job with my clutch and I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful people and service! Will be bringing my BMW X5 here for all services. I just moved back to LA from out of state and I was concerned about finding someone that specialized in European cars. Otto's was the first business in my area that popped up. I took my car in for front tires. We discussed everything at length, as I have some knowledge about my car since my ex-husband was a BMW master tech. Sucks when you get divorced and lose your mechanic lol. Anyway I took my car there they did a full assessment and we discussed what was the most important work to be done including the tires. They absolutely advised me and we discussed all work that was recommend and in what order. I was very happy there was no high pressure tactics. And they were very respectful of me knowing about my car. Some places will try and make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about, especially if you are a woman. From the reviews I could tell other clients were extremely happy with services. It's hard to find a mechanic and especially on that works on European cars you can trust and I am just thrilled I found them. Prices are very far for the good work they are doing. Grateful to have found

Great service. I came in without an appointment and the lady at the front desk was very considerate in trying to fit me in for that day but they were very busy plus I arrived at 4 when they close at 5pm, she still tried squeezing me in. She followed by making me an appointment for the next day and the service was great. Very professional and honest. Did an evaluation and recommended me other things to look out for in the future, no pressure no fear tactics. . . Etc. Highly recommend you visit if you own a European car.
