Jeremy was great and super professional. He instructed me and my landlord as to what was going on with my AC unit and also checked my filters and educated me on the importance of changing them regularly. He was kind, clean and super helpful. Definitely would use Pacific Coast again.

This is a very deceptive company that has only one goal, and thats to overprice a service call, they will perform a job and hand you a contract, and by the time you notice that they did not do the entire expected scoop of work, they will manipulate the situation contract that state otherwise,??? Do not trust this company,.. if you get a second option/ opinion,... you will see that this company clearly overcharges you. They come off as kind, and caring ,however,... this is all part of the big fat lie that they tell you before they, clearly burn you,.... look at all there reviews,... All bad,.. there are still honest good companies out there ,but, this company is horrible,.. hands down, the worst!!! Don't fall into there trap,... you will end up so disappointed,..

I cannot thank the team at Pacific Coast Home Services for the rapid response to the water leak in my garage. They got Jeramy Correa to come out and diagnose the issue quickly, and within 24 hours, it was fixed. The only reason it wasn't faster was that we needed a part. I have used Pacific Coast for over 6 years, and I will continue to call on them for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Home Services

The guy that came that installed the heater fan light fixture was excellent five star. The price was way high being a senior living off of a very limited income, even with the senior citizen discount still but the service was great for two hours worth of work 800 bucks give me a break just doesn’t make any sense. These prices people pay these days.

Jeremy Correa was excellent! He showed up on time, gave me notifications on his arrival, diagnosed the issue with our HVAC, And when about fixing it expertly. He had the system back up and running within 30 minutes. He was friendly, communicative, and respectful - he had to go indoors/ourdoors multiple times to check the units but he always put protective booties on his shoes whenever he entered the house to keep the floors neat. Highly recommend for both his high skill level and great personality! Even my 2 year old and 10 month loved him!!
