I was admitted to the ER and ended up having to stay for 3 nights. During my visit, I received a multitude of tests and treatments and was monitored around the clock. Every staff member I came across was wonderful, professional, caring, and also light-hearted. All my nurses were absolute rockstars and I was so thankful to be taken care of by them. My nurses in the ED, on floor 9, and of course my doctors (rather keep their names out for my privacy? idk). This type of environment can be scary and confusing, but they made my stay as easy, educational, informative, and 'fun' as possible. Ran into a few bumps during my stay, but I wasn't looking for or expecting 1000% perfection. For a hospital stay, I'd say the staff members took my visit to the highest level. Even the staff members who transported me from place to place. All in all, thank you to our first responders!!

If I were giving a rating just on how nice everybody was, even though they seem to be scared of me, because I might have something that they never dealt with I would give it five stars. But the fact that they said that they were going to do this one particular test that my doctor had asked them to test me for and I asked for and then they had me wait five hours for them to not actually do the swab test at all. They put me in quarantine, cause they didn’t know if I was contagious even though a doctor came in and said “she’s not contagious”. Everything online said I was not contagious but because they never had anybody asking to have this test done before they put me in isolation, which was great for me because I got to rest. Two days later, I tried to get my results online with no luck. I tried calling no luck there either. I don’t have a car so I had to have a friend bring me in a few days later only to find out that they canceled my test. Because they never actually took the swabbing that they needed to take in order to test it. So 5 hours of sitting around for nothing! They said if I was willing to wait they would do the test via blood and that I could call back in four days

Appreciate the care they give my father. Nice, new facility. Great reception area in ER. Receptive and efficient team. I called ahead. Operator was knowledgeable and empathetic. Confirmed info and connected me with Dad's trauma nirse. Upon arrival ER team connected me with Popps in the care of Team A. Trauma nurse triaged Dad again with me present. Nice touch. Re-capped and outlined what we could expect next. And care proceeded just as she outlined. Super. While I waited for Popps to complete his CT scan and other tests the team helped me to help Popps complete his admission paperwork and profile for future reference. Less paperwork going forward. Even made sure I had a chair to sit with Popps. No issues. Positive experience. Facility clean, quiet, well organized. Helpful team navigating and guiding and caring for Popps. Thank you. Paid parking garage directly across driveway from ER entrance is convenient. Not inexpensive. Can pay at kiosk locally or via smartphone. LAZ parking app as digital platform. P.S. security at ER lobby very professional. Feels safe here. Thank them too.

Most of the nurses were amazing. The food sucks and ordering food as a patient was difficult. They didn't do a very good job with discharge. We had a lot of questions, some the nurses couldn't answer so we tried to wait for the doctor to come answer them but he never came by before we were discharged. Patients and visitors have to pay for parking, and the company hires employees that check the cars at least twice a day.

Emergency room overcrowded, but one nurse (Emilee Dy) showed what true care looks like. A couple of weeks ago an 87-year-old family member of mine, who suffers from dementia, had a fall in the evening and we had to call 911. She was transported to this hospital, about a 30-minute drive away, and I rushed there to meet her. Upon arrival, the hospital looks fairly nice from the outside. However, the parking process immediately felt confusing and poorly executed. The system requires an app that can only be accessed in the parking garage, and the options were oddly limited to either 3 hours or 3 days, which didn’t make much sense for a typical emergency visit. Once inside, entry and security were handled very well. The safety protocols were clear and the security staff were professional—honestly better organized than what you often encounter at TSA. The front desk staff were also surprisingly polite and helpful given the number of people waiting. Unfortunately, things began to go downhill from there. I eventually found my mother lying on a gurney in a hallway directly in front of the emergency vehicle entrance doors. It was around 50°F outside, and she was sitting there cold, frightene
