Great customer service, Yaz and Victor were very helpful and very friendly. Store is very nice and clean. if you need to pawn or sell your jewelry this is the place!! I highly recommend them. 😊

The one shop on Whittier Ive gone to before wasnt open yet and these guys were, turned out to be very fortunate for me the guy behind the counter Victor knew his music gear and what I had, didnt even have to look it up online just tested to see if it was working and hit the price on the head with what I was hoping for I was literally in and out in 10 minutes shop is clean too, Spanish and English, overall good experience will def come here first next time. P.s. didnt treat me in any condescending way like he didn’t say “did you steal this?” Which some shops will do just to try and make u feel like they’re doing you a favor, he talked to me like I was buying a new car from him and that’s how u get repeat customers.

I had an outstanding experience at PawnZone Jewelry & Loan thanks to Victor and Alex. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me the most was their honesty and fairness. I redeemed my necklace the very next day, and unlike many other pawn shops that would have charged interest, they only charged me a storage fee. That level of integrity and customer care is hard to find these days and truly sets them apart from the competition. The most amazing down to earth place! They were able to help hassle free with amazing pricing and quality understanding! Back again and Alex and Victor took great care of me! Even accommodated a seat for me because I am a disabled veteran!! Love this place will be forever loyal! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
