Poor service; poor management. Went to the Studio City location where they wouldn’t honor deal from the website where it clearly says $12 per game in several places. When you get there you’re then told it’s $12/person per game. Verbiage is misleading & manager wanted us to wait 1 hr to purchase a deal online just to bowl. Annoying. A simple fix: make it clear on the website what the prices are so people don’t drive all the way over there to be told they need to pay $100 for the family. 🙄

Pinz is just a happy experience. Walking around you see everyone smiling. The great music and vibes help make this place a wonderful family fun place. The Kids Bowl Free deal is an incredible deal. Spotlessly clean and accommodating. Highly recommended. Little kids have the bumpers for success. Remember: Follow the call of the bowling ball!

I bowl here with a league its always clean and the staff is very attentive. The food is good and we always have a good time. Definitely would come here again.

I feel terrible for posting this but it's the first time I've been here in years and the lane I was at consistently gave the wrong score. Would knock down pins when it wasn't supposed to. My Lane end up having 15 bowling balls come out of it. They eventually moved us to another Lane and that one had to have service calls as well and not once did they say they would give us any additional games or reimburse us for any of the problems which I think they should have. I'm not suggesting you don't go but that was my experience.

A couple weeks ago I had the best time with the world famous kroq and the Klein and Ally show. Pinz came through with amazing drinks and food. The pizza was exquisite and the Asada fries were delicious both items gourmet to say the least.the environment was electric and the staff was amazing. Sending a special shout out to Blind Charlie, Klein, Ally, VaNasa, postmaster Jonny, The Ace Jake Z Nerd, Justin, Andrew and all the other promo people there. Another special shout out to the budlight bros and all the netbangers Lil J, Bexxie, Maggie, TwoShay, Steff, Emma B, Danny 🍕 and Br-Y
