About Pizzeria Bianco

The West Coast has been calling chef Chris Bianco for some time now, and at long last he has finally opened Pizzeria Bianco in Downtown Los Angeles, located at Row DTLA. The menu of Pizzeria Bianco Los Angeles will largely mirror the Phoenix locations and feature the six signature pies regulars have come to love such as the Rosa and Sonny Boy at dinner, with small plates, salads and sides rounding out the offerings. For Chris, the food is a result of his relationships with the farmers, the local producers, his family, customers and staff; and the respect and sincere intentions he approaches his recipes with, as well as the many interpersonal relationships that have influenced his philosophy and who he is.

absolutely the best pizza I've ever had in my life. (this is my second visit and the first time I had the bianco verde) I have traveled a lot in Italy and have worked at a pizza restaurant in Hamburg myself. Pizza stole my heart and I would absolutely recommend everybody to come here. Not surprised they are on the Michelin Guide. 10/10!

Pizza Bianco is truly outstanding. The pizza itself is exceptional, with incredible flavor and quality. The atmosphere is just as impressive—warm, inviting, and memorable. As a pizzaiolo, the highlight of my experience was meeting Chris, having the chance to talk with him, and even being served a pizza by him. He was extremely attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. Without a doubt, one of the best pizza experiences I’ve ever had.🍕🍕🍕🙏🏻

Some places are like Academy Award Winning and Academy Award Nominee style Pizzas. You know? As far as the legit stuff, in LA this is absolutely one of the examples of it that are exalted. I like the customer service here and how it is in side and out. Great place. Got the Pizza out in like... 8 minute max. Ordered it at 1412, got it at 1422 - that's 222 for those see meaning in numbers. This was on a day the oven was acting up - still got the Pizza in and out like that. Bianco is such an interesting seeming guy and it feels like one of the places in LA that needs to be here. To be continued.

I didn’t realize there was a Pizzeria Bianco in Los Angeles. I’ve had the one in Phoenix on my list for a long time but haven’t had time to go to AZ. The white pizza was delicious. The beans and burrata was also delicious. The crust has a light crisp to its chewy texture. The parmesan was what made the white pizza fabulous. If you’re in Los Angeles, definitely try it. Pizzas are about $25 each. Our bill came out to about $90 without beverages but including tip. The check in hostess was super friendly but the rest of the staff seemed pretty slow. Our pizzas took a very long time. We ordered focaccia after the burrata arrived, and the bread took so long, we finished the cheese. Then we waited 15 more minutes for the pizza. It wasn’t very busy so we were a bit confused why it wasn’t taking so long

I recently stopped by this pizza restaurant and had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was pleasant—nothing extraordinary, but comfortable enough for a relaxed dinner. The wine selection was good, and although they don’t serve other types of alcohol, the wines they offer pair nicely with the food. The food was impressive across the board. The burrata was especially good—fresh, creamy, and a perfect start to the meal. The gnocchi was also delicious, with great flavor and a satisfying texture. And of course, the pizza was made perfectly, with a spot-on balance of ingredients and really great taste. It’s clear the kitchen knows what they’re doing. Service was okay—not bad, just nothing particularly memorable. Overall, though, it’s a solid place to grab a good dinner or even stop in for something quick. Worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving well-made pizza, quality wine, and tasty Italian dishes.
