The chips and tortillas were legendary!! My waitress was very sweet and took great care of me. My fajita quesadilla and street taco were fantastic! The guac was decent. I found the salsa to be strange but you can't really complain because it is free. It was more watery than I am used to and tasted similar to a pizza sauce. Not a deal breaker by any means and it was unique so maybe it's just not my preference. The food was priced very fairly and the atmosphere was great. It would have been 5 stars but my ice water cup had food (cheese dip?) on the inside of it. I understand sometimes these things happen but it kind of sends the mind down a spiral of wondering if the silverware is clean etc. My server got me a new one quickly and apologized so it wasn't that big of a deal. All in all, I was pleased and I would go back. My server really did fantastic. She was the young brunette I forgot to get her name but I really appreciated her and she made me feel comfortable. I'm glad she recommended the quesadillas because they were easily the best I have ever had. Thank you!

Excellent restaurant service is fantastic. And they make their own tortillas and chips. Guacamole is a must try. Would recommend this place anytime here in Ada.

I sat for 13 minutes waiting to get past delivery of a menu. While the waitresses were nearby pitching pennies to see who had to take my order... one walked by and asked if anyone had taken my order... I said No... another brought chips and salsa... The waitresses walked by every minute... but.. they had already helped a customer within the past ten minutes... and the Waitress God forbids a waitress to have more than one customer at a time... My drink was delivered.. at 17:36, and I ordered a simple plate... I didn't want to complicate this too much. Others came in just ahead of me.. we held the door for each other. First couple is finished and boxing it up... 2nd couple are finishing up. My plate arrives at 17:52... two cheese enchiladas with beans and rice... as I have my first bite... couple two get their dessert.. at 17:57, I'm offered a to go box. At 17:58. the bill is provided to me... six minutes after the plate...

We took our family of four, and we sat in a booth. We loved the atmosphere. I got tortilla soup (I asked for it without chhese or tortilla stips), my son got a burrito, my husband got carneasada, and my daughter a taco and chicken Quesadilla. There are several things you can get alacart, and I like that because then you can really get exactly what you want. We aren't in Ada very often, but when we are, this is definitely a stop for us. Our waitress was very nice.

Polo’s Mexican Restaurant left us feeling underwhelmed. The service was fine but the food lacked flavor/seasoning. The hot sauce tasted like marinara sauce. The restaurant calls itself “authentic” but the food shows otherwise. People in our group who dined there in years past said it used to be one of the best. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.
