Joe and his team went above and beyond to help me out of a tough situation. After 2 other towing companies were unable to help, they went out of their way to help us figure out a way to tow my car. They were extremely quick to respond, professional, efficient, and kind. They resolved our issue and made our lives much easier. Very impressed!

Literally one of the best experiences I have ever had with a towing company! My hybrid car suddenly stopped working and Cole and Joe helped me troubleshoot it and still get my car towed in a quick turnaround time based on my schedule. They are easy to reach/communicate, so thorough by triaging the situation, requesting photos, seeing if the clearance of a garage works, and even sent out someone to see if my car can be towed from a garage. Offered their recommendations to help save me money on the type of towing, for autobody shops, and still offered a great price too with all that. They go beyond in making sure that you and your car are being taken care of. Highly recommend them, the only place I would go!

I called Primary Towing at 5am because my car battery died, anxious to find someone who could get to me asap. The whole process was very streamlined and Joe arrived within 15 minutes, which I was very thankful for. Unfortunately, he observed that the battery had corroded, which meant that the car wouldn’t initially start even with the jumper cable - but that didn’t stop Joe from spending nearly an hour with me, cleaning the battery and trying over and over again to wake up the engine until FINALLY he got it to go. I am so grateful that he sacrificed his time and energy to help me out in a situation that didn’t look promising. Anyone in an emergency, this is your company. They’ll do everything they can to fix your issue. Easiest 5 stars.

Joe & Cole were a pleasure to work with! They were responsive, communicative, efficient and arrived early for my scheduled towing service. I was unsure if they had the space to maneuver my car out of the driveway, but Joe had me send pics beforehand and was able to confirm the job and price quote the same day I called. Cole came out the next morning and helped me jump the car prior to towing it and he clearly directed me on how to drive my car out and up the tow ramp for a safe and easy transport. 10/10 would use them again! 😊🙏🏽
