I hired Printing on 5th to print all of my wedding printed collateral. Manny did an excellent job on everything from save the dates and invites to menus and place cards. As a graphic designer, I was looking to work with a local printer where I could go feel the different paper weights and textures, and Manny had a strong attention to detail throughout all of my orders. I’d highly recommend them for your wedding needs!

We have been using Printing on 5th for decades. As a non-profit we are extremely focused on value and a good product. Manny has delivered every time. Banners, newsletters, envelopes, posters he had done it all for us. On time and on budget. We are just more than satisfied with the output and the proof in our case is our recurring business with Manny. He has never let us down. He doesn't overpromise and he always delivers. Printing on 5th is doing our newsletter, including the envelopes and stuffing with remittance advice, saving us time and money. Keep up the great work.

I rarely leave reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism here deserves a mention. I called simply to ask about printing two 30”x30” matte posters. Instead of basic customer service, I was met with impatience, attitude, and repeated interruptions. I was told they “don’t give quotes over the phone,” right after I had clearly explained what I needed, twice. When I paused, waiting for the email to send my request to, I was told to “look it up yourself” and the call abruptly ended. I still tried to give the business a chance and emailed the exact same request, only to be asked questions I had already answered. When I followed up (after being ignored again), I was met with: “Sir. I WAS WITH A CUSTOMER. Gheezus.” If this is the standard for customer communication, I’ll happily take my business, and my money somewhere that values basic courtesy.

I had an amazing experience with Manny at Printing on 5th. I live out of state and I had an unusual rush print for Comic-Con and Manny was so helpful, making sure everything came out right and that it arrived on-time. He was very communicative and made the job feel personal, sending me a photo update of the print job before shipping. The finished product was gorgeous. If you're weighing big print shops against an independent shop--there really is something to be gained by having a real human who can email you back. This shop gave me incredible peace of mind. I'll definitely choose them again.
