The front desk people were really nice we got a parkin pass for the 4 days we were there! I loved that the freeway was jus right there . But we did notice Roaches all behind the fridge we couldnt leave anything out. We lifted up the mattress to find it completely stained that is freakin gross 🤮 & Every night there was homeless walkin around everywhere no shoes jus completely unacceptable & majority of the people book thru a third party so they only see the good reviews on there & have no ideal what they are walkin into Also they kept charging my boyfriends card until I finally told him to lock it but at the end we did get all the money back

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!! I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a concert in SD. The check in process was fine but the room was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. The floor was dirty and had what appeared to be ashes and burn marks on the floor. All mirrors were dirty, the sink and faucet had scum and mess all in it. The beds were made but with what looked liked sheets that had been used because there was dirt marks on them. The bathroom was a complete mess, floor was dirty and the shower was a mess, the toilet was gross and dirty. The only good experience was the housekeeper we found to help us. When she came in she was surprised how bad it was and was concerned because she even said a supervisor is supposed to check the room after it is clean and made available for people to come into. I have never experienced something like this. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at in National City do not stay here!! Crazy part about this was when I went to talk to the front desk about this there was two other guest on the same floor as me that had the same problem!!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. From the moment I walked in, Hailie greeted me with such kindness and warmth. She immediately recommended places to visit and things to do while I waited to check in, which made me feel welcomed and helped me start exploring the city right away. Espie was also an absolute joy. She was incredibly accommodating, caring, and genuinely pleasant to talk with. Both of these wonderful ladies provided outstanding customer service and handled everything with professionalism and grace. My room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and I had a beautiful view of the bay and the city. Coming to a new city can be overwhelming, but they made the transition feel welcoming and inviting. No hotel is perfect, but for the price, the service, and the room I was given, I truly have no complaints. The staff made a lasting impression on me, and I am so grateful to have been in such good hands. Thank you, Hailie and Espie, for making my stay such a positive experience.💕 The pool is down but the hot tub is clean and hot 💕
