this roofing team was great. The person in the office was friendly on the phone, and they sent someone out the same day to inspect our roof. mateo got up on the roof, checked a small leak near the vent flashing, and found a few minor cracks that looked like the cause. Their large roofing crew carefully tore off our old roof, installed the new roofing system, replaced the flashing, and cleaned up all debris before the job was done. The team worked efficiently and kept the property neat throughout the project. We were impressed that they paid close attention to details and explained each step in simple terms. While working, the crew found that some flashing on the old roof had not been installed correctly, which had allowed water to get inside. They fixed the problem right away by adding new flashing and resealing the areas that needed extra protection.
