Went in today and was helped by a girl named Cecilia. Was very bubbly and happy to be patient while I looked through everything they had to offer and picked out some new PC gear. A great experience overall

Shout out to Martin for amazing customer service! He was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable and personable. My friend and I had a great experience at the store, as he showed us some different chairs and different features it has. We even returned to the razer store and he was so friendly and helpful again! :)

My husband and I came in to check out this store while we were walking around utc . Calvin and Cecilia Were incredibly kind and helpful, answering any questions we had. Personable customer service is always a game changer, especially when you’re in a new store and might be overwhelmed by all of the options . We’d definitely come through again . Thanks again you two ! ☺️

Loved the atmosphere total experience and all my questions were answered and explored by Cecilia. Great job to here for being an expert story teller and great help with everything.

Cecilia was amazing and very knowledgeable I really appreciate her for answering all of me and my boyfriends questions. My bf will be doing an internship this summer so if you are looking to get familiar with the products definitely come on in!
