We had a fantastic experience with Reliable Moving Services! Imran and his partner were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They handled all of our belongings with great care and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. Their hard work and positive attitude really stood out. I used Reliable Moving Services once before and had a great experience, which is why I decided to hire them again. Unfortunately, this second move was completely different. They were scheduled to arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., but did not show up until around 11:00 a.m. Despite that, the mover initially started the timer at 10:30 a.m. and also wrote the wrong start time on the contract. I refused to sign until the accurate time was listed, and only after arguing with him was it corrected. There were four movers total, but they did not all appear to be working efficiently. At different points, one mover was texting, and at other times, multiple people were doing what looked like a one-person task. The move went well beyond the three-hour minimum, and it felt like time was being unnecessarily stretched. They also damaged items and parts of the home. My mirror had regular packing tape placed directly on it instead of being properly protected, my wood floors were scratched, my mattress protector now has a large hole, and they lost screws from the TV. Adam and his team at Reliable Moving were great! Adam was quick to respond and made it easy to coordinate a move of retail shelving for my business. Everything was laid out clearly before the move. His team of movers Sam, Anass, Shahmara were punctual, very professional and efficient with their time. I was worried about damage but they took the time to wrap up each shelf with clear wrap and moving blankets to protect the finish of the furniture. Great teamwork and coordination throughout the whole process. Reliable indeed!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reliable Moving Services truly saved our move. We needed help at the last minute, and they somehow found space for us when we were in a total bind. What could have been a complete nightmare turned into a smooth, organized, stress-free experience because of them. They showed up with a huge truck, worked incredibly hard, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. The team was kind, respectful, and efficient the entire time. You can tell they take pride in their work. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how last-minute our request was. Huge shoutout to Damir and Mike specifically for their hard work and friendliness. They made a stressful day feel manageable and even positive. If you’re even thinking about booking them — just do it. Highly recommend!
