We found Resident on Google Maps and was happy with what we saw. We chose them because they were comparable in price and Cameron provided a very detailed presentation of their products and service and reviewed our roof layout for us to better understand the project. Office was helpful, friendly and communicated the project updates via text and email. His crew were very professional, reliable and completed the job promptly and left our property neat and tidy each day. Resident Roofer was diligent in providing all the necessary paperwork and follow through to complete the job. We are pleased with our new roof and the turnaround time.

I noticed a small leak in the corner of my roof after it rained and I contacted this company and they were able to come out within a couple of days. The technician inspected the roof carefully and explained exactly what needed to be repaired. The job was completed quickly and my dad was impressed with the quality of the work.

Recently hired Resident Roofer for a full roof carpentry and shingle replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He took the time to demonstrate different roofing models and options, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and consistently checked in with us to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision.
