I had my Tesla serviced, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment was easy, the diagnosis was thorough, and the repair was completed efficiently. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service I received from Christian and Carlos. They were professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth. The crew at Romita were very friendly and helpful. They handled my repairs quickly and the price was very fair. Getting work done on a car isn't usually this pleasant! I will be back.

We had a great experience once again! Car issues are never fun, but the team was amazing. Communication is excellent at Romita and we feel that the mechanics have a high level of experience and consistently treat our vehicles with care. Nobody wants to take an older BMW in for repairs but Romita makes it so much less painful! Aby went out of her way to help us with an unexpected tire issue at closing (in our other car, ouch!). Carlos did an amazing job throughout the repair, and then checking us out and explaining our repairs and invoices. This business really knows how to take care of their patrons.

My 2016 Chevy Spark EV had one of those warning messages on the screen that didn't really say what it meant. The message was "Warning - Service High Voltage Charging System." Google and YouTube searches pointed me to the the coolant in the high voltage battery. Romita's techs found it was something else. They found that the car's computer needed an update. I would not have found this. My OBD-II diagnostic tool didn't find it. So, the quality of their work was right on. Also, they were upfront with the costs -- including the initial diagnostic fee and the second fee to actually fix the problem (i.e., update the onboard computer). Their diagnostic fee seems high, but after checking with a couple of other local places, their fee was average. The work was done when they said it would be. There was one glitch, though. After fixing the problem, they test drove the car, which is a good thing. But this brought my EV battery down to a level that it needed another charge to get it home. It had to stay overnight to get that charge. (BTW, Nester, I found that the charging system was set to only charge after 7:00pm, which is why it wasn't charging when you plugged it in during the afternoon.

Very kind ladies in the shop who were transparent and respectful. They were honest about how long the work being done to my car was going to take. Another thing I appreciate is after I missed a scheduled appt they didn’t hesitate to schedule me back as soon as possible. They worked with my availability and communicated EVERYTHING regarding my vehicle in a timely manner. As soon as my car was we ready they let me know and I was back on the road the same day. They did an amazing job from scheduling to servicing my car and as a single working mom that means a lot because my car now runs amazing and I felt valued as a customer and not looked at as a dollar amount.
