For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, how long is the wait at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. American restaurants typically run lunch and dinner services with a quieter stretch in between, coffee shops open early, and many kitchens close earlier on Sunday. Cards and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere, a tip of 15-20% is customary for table service, and sales tax is added at the register.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–6 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (559) 854-4444. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 5.0 out of 5 on Google across 157 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded bakeries, donuts & bagels in Fresno.

Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fresno follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Genuinely the best bakery I have ever been to in my entire life. The hot coffee was fabulous! The fresh mint lemonade was so refreshing! Baklava flavors were so fluffy, crispy and sweet!! Definitely will be back asap to try more goodies!

Out of the blue, I kind of got a craving for a cinnamon roll. Not sure where it came from, probably haven't had one in months, or even years. When I was young, my mother made delicious cinnamon rolls, but a lot of the ones available these days are so over-the-top with sticky, gooey ingredients, and just too sweet, that I don't often seek them out. But in any event, we have a couple of donut shops close to my office, but I don't recall seeing cinnamon rolls. So I google, and this place, Sabaya Hut Bakery comes up. It's about 10 minutes away, and reviews seem to rave about the cinnamon rolls. So I decide to give it a go. Not sure I can add to the other reviews, but you walk into this little place, and the smell is sooo good. And the owner very nice, and willing to give you samples. I got a couple of cinnamon rolls, and after sampling the Honey Comb Bread, which was delicious, got a pan to take back to the office. Prices were very reasonable. The cinnamon rolls are wonderful. Not too gooey, like so many these days, but more like my mother used to make. Very good roll, lots of cinnamon, and a nice, cream cheese frosting. At the end though, the owner was so nice and inviting, that I wil

I am so happy they moved into this spot. Such a delight to have. The baked goods are soo delicious. We bought several 1 items and of course a 6pk of cinnamon rolls. While there we were able to sample the honeycomb bread. Omg...seriously if I wasn't getting the cinnamon rolls I would have bought a small tray of this. This was delicious!!! I am definitely coming back for this. Our various other pastries we bought - i can not recollrct what they were called but i do i actually enjoyed all of them. Between myself, my husband, and 9yo, we all had our favorites but we didnt not like anything. Now onto why we came in - cinnamon rolls!! We were coming back from a early soccer game and thought these would be lovely to have for breakfast and through the week. Personally the rolls are BIG. I have to split one. But what I absolutely loved is the balance of flavors and the cream cheese frosting. This was not over sweet or dry. Or too moist! It was seriously really perfect. I now need to buy raisins because I like my rolls with raisins and I need to buy walnuts for hubby. But seriously this bakery is such a treat. Super nice family.

Wow. Just wow. I am not sure how this place has been hidden from me for so long. Found this quite by accident when I was on my way to a corporate chain of mediocrity and made a wrong turn. And there to the side is a big sign advertising cinnamon rolls among other things (the exact thing i was craving). Even better; I walk in and that is exactly what is just coming out of the oven. Then entire place is filled with fresh baked smells and the love of a young family. If you are looking for fresh, local, delicious, and decently priced, this is the place. The cinnamon roll was the exact right texture, flakey, soft, not wet but also very much NOT dry. Mild cinnamon and a light airy not too sweet cream cheese frosting. There is a small table big enough for 2-3 people to sit and enjoy if you want. I talked with the owner and he recommended some other items that also had just come out of the oven. 'Honey comb bread' small balls of fluffy butter dinner rolls style bread each filled with cream cheese and topped with honey. Very delicious and im told a top seller. The baklava is also delicious, with pistachio being the primary nut of choice. It was fresh, flaky, and tender with that perfect
