The home made feel to the good here is what makes this place great. Got some red chilaquiles with chicken, Buenos con chorizo plate, some bolillo instead of tortillas because like a good chilango you know we eat chilaquiles with pan. 😋 Its a small place with limited seating so if you find a seat eat here, worse case scenario take it to go either way you won't be disappointed 😉. Next time I'll take pictures I promise! 😅

With seven of us showing up for breakfast we took over their dining room space, and they made us feel right at home. We had guests from Japan that had never tried Mexican cuisine and Sabor was a perfect introduction. Homemade tortillas, nopales, plantains, we had smiles all around the table.

Pretty good chiliquilies with tomatillos and chili green sauce and 2 eggs on top. I got my eggs over easy, included onions, cheese and sour cream. The green sauce was nearly perfect, supplemented by a side of medium green sauce 'cuz I like extra sauce.
