Sacramento is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Sacramento is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I'm a former Del Paso Manor Water District customer, and really liked our Field Crew, but I just met Bryan & Jonathan of SSWD. I could not ask for more professional, knowledgeable and polite guys to help with my issue. Thank you gentlemen.

Water issues are always an issue especially over a weekend. This last weekend was no exception. After replacing a hot water heater, our main water line sprung a leak and Brian (the on-call technician) came to our house and with an incredibly upbeat personality and great skills was able to help us with a great fix! His willingness to assist - even with the rain over the weekend - and never complained! He is so good to work with!

I was told I was pre-approved for the drip irrigation watering efficiency upgrade only to find out after spending >$500 on the equipment that I indeed was not eligible. After tearing out in ground irrigation and installing drip, you’d think it would qualify especially when I was told so beforehand. Disappointing. Stick with your in ground watering or above ground water methods like regular sprinklers- way cheaper, simulates real weather like rain, and the rebate program is riddled with red tape.

So I had a big water leak coming from my water tank in front yard. Water was going into the street and I needed help fast. So I called the emergency line because it was the weekend and Brian P gave me a call within 5 minutes. After hanging up he was at my house in 15 minutes. Right away when he arrived he was super cordial and friendly. He knew I was in a bind and needed help. So right away he knew where the leak was and just let me know where we had to dig in front yard to find it. Sure enough when I reached the pipe he saw the leak right where he thought it would be. Brian wasn't liable to do this for me but he had a level of empathy that is definitely a rarity. He had all the tools and materials to fix the pipe and did so very efficiently. He actually needed a certain piece and drove back to his shop to get it and came back right away. It was really hot outside too so we were sweating. I'm so grateful to Brian and Sac Suburban Water. I never will forget what Brian did that day. Thanks again buddy. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
